Our sustainably farmed California olives are handpicked precisely at their prime and are pressed within hours at our on-site olive mill. Caramelized Onion Olive Oil, 500 mL
To make this all-natural, gourmet olive oil, we caramelized 1,000 lbs. of onions on-site and co-mill them with our estate-grown Tuscan olives. The result is a gorgeous harmony between the delicately sweet onion flavor and the bold, peppery intensity of Tuscan olives.
Habanero Olive Oil, 500 ml
Fresh habaneros add a wonderfully sweet and spicy flavor to Pasolivo Habanero Olive Oil. This blend is perfect for spice lovers. During harvest, we hand-cut and combined a thousand pounds of fresh habaneros with Pasolivo olives to make this hot, flavorful oil. Suggested pairings: Mexican food, seafood, meats, eggs, vegetables, grilled cheese.
